All ordering is done via mail or fax. Simply "Check Out", print and sign the order form, and mail, or fax, it to GN Designs. If there are any problems with the order, I will contact you via phone or email.
Item Availability
Some items may not be currently in stock or may have very limited quantity of a particular style or size. GN Designs reserves the right to adjust ordered quantities according to availability.
Shipping Information
All orders will be shipped USPS First-Class mail unless otherwise specified. NO ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE USA. For expedited shipping for your order send us an email.
Return Information
1. If any of the items are damaged during shipping, or not correct, go to the"Contact Us" section and send an email to Returns. All returns must be within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. You must return the items in the original packaging along with a copy of the receipt. Shipping costs are not refundable.
2. For your protection, INSURE the package for the value of its contents, and save your shipping receipt.
